Clark County Fair~4/13/13

I just love the fair.
This year was even more fun because Heidi was more interested in what was going on.
We bought her a pass for the rides but unfortunately she was too short to ride most of the rides alone and we would have to buy another ticket for one of us to ride with her. Lame! They wouldn't give us our money back but did give us a new pass so we could sell it to someone else. We sold it to Uncle Collin so he could ride with Jane. We still had a great time.
We had the March/April birthdays at the fair which was fun. It was nice to relax in the shade. I think the sun was kind of getting to the little kids a little. After the party, Heidi went home with Gran and Grandpa to take a nap. We saw all the animals while she was sleeping but she did go to the rodeo so she still got to see the horses. There were also bears so that was cool.
It was a great time with family.
We LOVE the fair.
The girls were a little scared of the Smokey
 Evy and Heidi
 Just relaxin' with Auntie Becca
 The bears
 Fishing

Heidi wouldn't ride the rides with Evy so she rode alone.
Heidi and Daddy at the rodeo.
Alice slept through the rodeo.

She gon' get it~4/11/13

Alice wanted to eat this book so badly!

Already a deer hunter.

Bubbles~4/3/13

Alice has a little baby measles. Poor girl. But the bubbles were super fun to watch.

Chubby bum~4/1/13

How could I not take this photo of her chubs?!?!
I just want to eat her up!

Desdemona~4/5/13

My first time riding my horse.
Kirk has been working with her for awhile and I finally got brave enough to ride.
I wasn't planning on riding, thus the un-cowboy-esque outfit and shoes.

Heidi had a great ride as well.

Easter 2013~3/30-31/13

This year for Easter we went to Grandma and Grandpa's house in Cleveland.
We got there on Friday night and so did the Robinsons. The Timmons got there on Saturday.
The cousins had so much fun playing together, going to the desert, driving the go-cart, dying Easter eggs, flying kites, playing in the sand box and just getting all-around dirty.
It was a great time and the girls loved being with their cousins.

 Don't eat the dirt!!
 She turned into a monster.
The Easter Bunny brought a bike. He must have found a great deal on it! =)

5 months!!~3/25/13

My sweet Alice Lue is 5 months old.
I cannot get over how much I love this child.
She is seriously the sweetest kid.
She's getting too big, too fast.
She has been rolling over since forever. Actually she hasn't gone all the way from her back to her stomach. I asked the doctor about it and he said not to worry about it. You can tell she could go all the way but why would she? Then she'd be on her tummy and she doesn't like that so...
I'm not worried about it anymore. =)
She still nurses about every 2-3 hours. Even at night and is mostly sleeping with me still.
She naps at least 3 times throughout the day. They last only about an hour each but she's always very happy when she wakes up.
She goes to bed at about 7pm and wakes up between 7 and 8.
She LOVES to watch her big sister. Heidi is her favorite entertainment.
She loves to be held and sometimes cries when Mommy leaves the room.
She's pretty good with other people and doesn't know stranger danger yet.
She loves story time.
Loves her bink.
She has seriously chunked up! We love it!
She is so content and smiley. She makes everyones day when she smiles at them.
She's okay with baths but mostly has a scowl on her face.
She makes the cutest/saddest pouty frowny face when she's about to get sad and cry. It is seriously the cutest thing while being the most pitiful at the same time.
She is getting so strong and starting to sit up but mostly still just falls over.
She loves to stand and dance.
She seems to like being outside.
She travels like a dream.
She's still spitting up. (Give me strength.)
Her hair is still pretty dark and her eyes are still pretty blue. We'll see.
She kicks her feet like crazy while she's laying on the ground.
Everything goes in her mouth if she can get it there.
She's starting to put her bink in her mouth.
Her raspberries and spit bubbles make me smile.
Her babbling makes us laugh.
She's wonderful and perfect and we couldn't love her more or imagine our lives without her.
