24th of July~7/25/15

We had a lot of family here for the 24th this year.
They mostly came to help finish up the house since we are supposed to be out of the rental by Aug 1st.
It was such a huge blessing to have so much help from everyone to get stuff done. I don't think we would have been able to do it without them.
We also participated in a few of the festivities around town. This was our first time staying in Monticello for Pioneer Day and we had a great time.

Bailey Goodwine was Miss San Juan. The girls were so excited to see her in her princess dress.

Such a fun day. The fireworks were great that night too. They shoot them off at the high school so all we had to do was walk out our front door.

Kirk the Mechanic~7/22/15

Kirk was changing the oil in the car today but had a bit of an accident.

You should have seen me laying on the ground trying to get the jack under this thing. Kirk couldn't take his food off the brake so he wasn't any help. Our neighbor, Brian Goodwine came over and helped me and we finally got it down.
It was quite a funny situation.

Elk House Progress~7/18/15

The house is coming along.
We are really trying to get it done since we are supposed to be out of the rental by Aug. 1st.
We shall see.

Christmas in July~7/15/15

Ok so it's not really snow. More like hail. But still, look at this!
This shouldn't be happening during my summer!
The girls loved it though. They collected it and ate it.

Our View~7/14/15

I'm not sure we will ever tire of this view.

711~7/10/15

We went to dinner in Blanding at the new Mexican restaurant and Heidi saw the also new 711 sign and wanted to take a picture by it.
We get a little excited when new things like this pop up in our little town and area.

Funnel cloud~7/8/15
