Heber and the lights.

This past weekend Kirky and I ventured all the way to Heber and Logan Utah for a little family time before the holidays. Friday night we stayed in Heber with Kirk's parents at his Grandparent's house. As a side note, I think it's amazing when granparents are still living in the same house they raised their kids in. =) Saturday we hung out there for awhile then did a little shopping on our way to Logan. Jeremy's cousin was getting married so we went up for her reception. On our way back to Heber we stopped in Salt Lake to see the lights on Temple Square. I like sparkly things so seeing the lights during Christmas gets me all giddy.

I really like this guy!

When we got back to Heber, Dayna and Jeremy gave Grandpa Jim his Christmas gift. He went fishing for an entire month and didn't catch a single one. Not one. So they made him a trophy that says Honorary Conservationist of the Year. He was so proud.

On our way back home after a great time with the family, playing in the snow and seeing Christmas lights.

How could you not love that face?!
