Kirk had a continuing ed course in Vegas this week so we decided to make a family trip out of it and so we all went with him. It was only days after the miscarriage so we were ready to have some fun. We stayed in Logandale on Monday night. Kirk had to be in Vegas at his course at 7am so the girls and I stayed in Logandale to hang with the family until the afternoon.

Then Gran and Grandpa took Alice and I into town. We met up with Kirk and went to dinner. Then we went to the hotel. We got a room at the Treasure Island. It was pretty nice. On Tuesday Alice and I went shopping then we met up with Emily and Gran who brought Heidi into town. We met Kirk for lunch on the strip then we decided to go to the Mirage to see the fish tank. That turned out to be boring so we called Jono to see what kind of discount he got on the Dolphin Habitat. He got a really good one so we went to that. It was very cool.
That night we had the Bailey January/February birthdays at the Mark Bailey's house.
We went to In-N-out for dinner then had cupcakes and presents.
Grandpa does not have a January/February birthday but he was holding Olivia so I guess he'll represent Jonah in the pic. =)
The next day the girls and I ran a few more errands then went to the Bellagio to see the gardens and the Venetian to see their decorations.
And, yes, we did walk around this 3 times. =)
When Kirk was done with his last meeting we all got in the car and headed home. We drove to Page and stayed the night there then went the rest of the way on Friday. When we got home Kirk had to go to work for awhile so the girls and I just unpacked and cleaned up a little.
It was a great week and we are so happy we all got to go.
