Kirk had a work retreat in Midway this week so we left the girls with his parents and had a little vacation. It was so great. Such a relaxing time. Kirk was working most of the time so I just shopped, relaxed, exercised, made the girls' costumes, and went to the Cross Country State meet. I even ordered room service one night. Such a fun time. I'm pretty sure I'm going to invite myself on all his work retreats. Such a treat for this Mom. =)
This is the only picture I took the whole week. The girls did a great job at State. They took fourth which was kind of a disappointment but they all ran really well. Sad for the seniors since it was their last meet but I am so proud of them and so happy to have been a part of this team.
