Labor Day weekend ~ 8/31/12-9/3/12

This weekend we went to Logandale for Labor Day. Grandad and Auntie Barbs, Uncle Myron, Bryan and his wife ,Michelle, came too. We haven't seen them in almost ten years so it was so nice that they came. It was so good to see Grandad again. I really like having a relationship with him. He really is a good and interesting person and he loves us. I just wish we could have been closer through the years. These visits have made it a lot better and we have really enjoyed it. I am so glad that he finally met Kirk and Heidi. 

The weekend was filled with lots of fun, food, games and swimming. I am so glad we were able to spend the long weekend with everyone.

 Before we headed to Logandale, Heidi and I went to Pioche and took our very first helicopter ride. It was so fun! The owner's sister lives in Panaca and he usually flies in St. George but came up for the Labor Day celebration in Pioche. Heidi had a few moments when you could tell her stomach kind of dropped but she did so awesome.
